Play Sessions are currently unavailable. In place of it, we have rolled out a new program "Guided Fun Climb Session". All Play Session Multipass can be used for Guided Fun Climb instead with a top up of $8

Ticket Information:

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No further changes may be made upon purchase.
  • Children are grouped by their date of birth
  • Children below 3 years old on the day of session will not be allowed to take part
  • Children must be exactly 3 years old or older on the day of the session to participate 
  • No refunds will be provided for any children who are unable to take part due to age 
  • Any absentees from the booked session will not be refunded or rescheduled
  • No extra time will be provided should there be any lateness due to the fixed time slots
  • Kindly arrive 5 minutes in advance and be ready to enter when permitted
